Human movement as a “body-brain ensemble”

The aim of the Course is to provide an overview of the available techniques that investigate the cerebral signals underlying the human movement.
In particular, the Course will focus on synchronized registration of brain cortical signals and movements (EEG and analysis of finalized upper limb movements), in order to obtain a measure of the human movement as a “body-brain ensemble”.
The Course will offer a special section about the most recent instruments such as inertial sensors and their application in a “real-life” environment.
